Pierre Marcolini, who in 1995 founded Maison Pierre Marcolini, pioneered and honed the masterly ‘bean to bar’ approach to chocolate-making. Selecting the finest beans from all over the world, he roasts them in his own workshop before creating his remarkable grand cru chocolates. To this day, he is involved every step of the way, from sourcing the ingredients to overseeing the artisanal processes behind his signature pieces.
Pierre Marcolini creates exceptional chocolates and sweet treats, not to mention his famous macarons. Today, the Maison has over 150 products, from ganaches and bars to macarons and sweets.
A World Pastry Champion, Pierre Marcolini also creates sweet treats and desserts that combine his fine Maison chocolate with classic patisserie recipes, each one blending light textures and intense flavours.
